We have developed an exclusive channel to provide advice and support during the migration to the New CMF Electronic Banking. The registration process is simple, but if you have doubts or questions about how to operate within the new platform, you can contact us through the following channels for guidance:

How to perform the first login?

Performing enrollment and the first login is straightforward.: First, an enrollment code will arrive in your email. If it hasn’t arrived yet, it will likely come soon (remember that migration will occur in stages). If you’ve received it and misplaced it, please CLICK HERE to request a new one. (Remember to check your Spam folder).

With the code, you must click on the link provided in the email.
Next, you will need to validate your mobile phone using the code that will be automatically sent to you. Subsequently, you can create a username.
To do this, remember to follow the parameters correctly listed on the page (Avoid using unspecified characters).
Then, you must choose a password, following the security measures notified on the same page.
Finally, you will need to set a security image.

Done! Now you can access the New CMF Electronic Banking. You can also watch the Step-by-Step video. The steps described above apply only to users who are migrating. For those registering for the first time, a different procedure applies. Form submission, Administrator Annex signature, etc.

What operations are available?

How to activate my Token?

Activating the Token key is simple and allows you to operate securely; it is essential for validating and confirming some operations.

Once logged into CMF Electronic Banking, go to the contextual menu.
A screen will appear where you need to select the “Configure Token” option and then “Request Token.”
A window will appear where you need to download a form and select where to receive the activation code.
You will receive a communication (through the selected channel), containing the activation code and the step-by-step process to complete it.
Remember that you must complete, sign, and send the form to your account officer.

App
Once logged into CMF Electronic Banking, go to the contextual menu.

What operations can I perform through self-management?

With self-management, you can request, manage, and register users and products on the platform. This functionality is available for Business Banking.

What are the main benefits of the New CMF Electronic Banking?

Through the New CMF Electronic Banking, it will be possible to manage all CMF Group operations simply, easily, and quickly in one place. Some of these include: managing various ECHEQ functionalities, making payments, conducting inquiries, and accessing a simpler operational flow with fewer steps and no intermediate authorizations.

Where do I download the APP?

The Banco CMF App is available for Android and IOS devices. You can download it by going to the Apple Store or Google Play and searching for “Banco CMF App.”

Can I perform the same operations on the online platform and the App?

The only action that cannot be performed from the App is access to the administration section, visible only to the environment administrator. This can only be done through the desktop version.

Additionally, Token access is exclusive to the app. The rest of the functionalities can be performed on both platforms.

Can more than one user access the same account?

Yes! In the case of Business Banking, the account administrator can grant access with different permission levels to as many people as deemed necessary.
Furthermore, if you manage more than one Business account, by logging in once, you can switch between environments without having to log out.
You can manage multiple accounts from the same environment.
